Our new direction.....

Hello everyone, and thanks so much for continuing to visit Mom's Sunday Cafe. This past year has been a busy one, with some major changes for me as well. And while I thought about not blogging at all, I would miss it, and all of you, a lot!

While at one time I had ideals about this little blog o' mine being a part time income source for retirement, I have long since been wised up. Yes you can make money with a blog, but you pretty much must work that blog full time. And the financial facts are as follows: I have a full time job that is part of the support of my family and home. I must keep that job to honor my family and home. I do not have the time for two full time jobs, because of my honor to family and home.

Soooooo...............................

This blog is now all about me us. Yep, that's right. All. About. Me. Us.

What we eat, that is wonderful and memorable. What we do that is wonderful and fun. And, what has happened in our yard that is wonderful and creative. And probably the house too. I would love for you to keep visiting, and enjoy these posts, but again, it is all about me us.

Yep your right, I am coming to this stage late in life, but since it is (finally) all about me us, I am pretty happy about the whole thing! Oh and all about my husband Terry. You see, he is my reason for my honor to family and home. It really is wonderful to honor those, that honor you. With that, I am pleased to introduce to you, my husband Terry.

I love him, like a fat kid loves cake!

We work side by side, play side by side and plan our tomorrows, side by side. I am a lucky woman and will enjoy sharing a bit of our time with all of you. Oh and one other little change.........

Mom's Sunday Cafe is now Our Sunday Cafe. Life is really good!

07/08/2014 update:  Terry has recently retired and this has given a huge boost of time to all the things we want to accomplish and places to see. You might have also noticed a new label on the blog called "Terry's pick" because this man is also having a ball cooking up some delicious dishes.

As always, thanks for taking a moment to stop and say hello. We appreciate your time and your wonderful comments!
