Favorite Honey Chicken
adapted from: Fix It and Forget It New Cookbook
slow cooker, 4 hours
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
half an onion, sliced crossways into 6 slices
4 T butter
1/2 c honey
1/4 c prepared mustard
1/2 t salt
1 t curry powder
Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs, lay in a single layer in the bottom of your slow cooker. Cover each thigh with a slice of onion.
Melt butter, stir in remaining ingredients, pour evenly over the chicken. Cover, cook 4 hours on low.
