Coconut Almond Granola
One small change on this batch, I doubled the coconut to 2 cups.
Walnut Raisin Snack Cake
This lovely recipe is (obviously) going to be an adaptation. The flavors sound great, but the sitting overnight does not work for us today.
This is a perfect recipe for us, only using 1 pound of ground beef. We will have this for dinner, with leftovers for sandwiches.
Roasted Beets - for salads and enjoying this week.
3 blacken on the grill bell peppers - they were a bargain and could not be passed up! Into the freezer they go for future use.
2 onions sliced and grilled - I am thinking pizza, stir into meatloaf, if not used right away, they will freeze nicely.
Whole Wheat Raisin Walnut Bread, will post this one, after we have breakfast tomorrow!
