We are preparing a rustic Italian dinner, including 2 pasta dishes, chicken bites with lemon and herb, salad and an anti-pasta selection. My plan is to take lots of pictures and share the adventure here. So please stay tuned!
I did learn that enough food supplies purchased for 105 people does not fit well in my little red car.....
Thankfully my sister has a big truck.
Oh and in case you were looking for something to have fun with and share, remember Cookbook Sundays, still going strong until Sunday the 10th, when I am back from the wedding!

I wish I could be at that wedding with you catering! I bet the food is just amazing! Wow- you rock girl. I had no idea you do that sort of thing. Now only if I could get you down here to cater a party for me! LOL!

I helped at a wedding reception last night along with 3 other women and am exhausted. I don't know how you can plan everything and pull it off. It is a gift.
