4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 packages flavored gelatin - 3 oz box
3 c boiling water
1 c heavy cream
In a large bowl, combine gelatin, and boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add cream, stir well. Pour into a 9X13 pan and chill. Cut into 1 inch squares to serve.

I used to tease my wife about the disproportionate number of jell-o recipes in her collection of church cookbooks.
Her retaliation was bringing a jellied carrot and raisin salad to Thanksgiving :-)

My mom used to make these for us when I was a kid and I never learned to like them or Kool-aid or bologne sandwiches or...The 70's were a bad time for food.
I'm almost ashamed to admit it (and please - nobody throw any Jello at me!) - but I love the stuff, especially with Cool Whip! A church potluck wouldn't be a potluck without it!
