Just a quick note,

This week I have been a part of the annual review and survey of the Skilled Nursing Facility where I am employed. This is standard procedure and completed annually.

This morning we had the exit interview and explanation of items found. The building and the Team that works there were pleased to be informed that we were only receiving 1 citation/tag.

This is such a good day, do you know how hard it is to receive only 1 finding?

So back to "normal" and more cooking!
